warning do not apply here we were scamed out of 100. for application fee. refundable fee. later told they change the policy at the last second. have been calling . they are refusing to return the money. thye said we forgot to update our system. so oh well. we will not get our money back. do not apply because if you are not accepted. you are out luck. no refund!!!!. the lady at the office very rude and was like oh well. so warning dont do it!!!!

Living at The Berkleigh is wonderful. The facility is chock full of amenities - a pool, workout facility, dog washing area, bike storage, community room, theater, and more included in this community. One of the nicest leasing and maintenance staffs you will find. Everyone is very accommodating. We have been here a year and just decided to stay for another 18 months. You will be hard pressed to find another community that has the value add that you will find at The Berkleigh.
