I had been looking forward to the high tea for days, so I was truly disappointed in our experience. Right off the bat, the atmosphere is below expected for the price point and the tea was not steeped. It was simply tea bags in hot water! The food was low quality for the price and to top it off, we were unable to finish our food when we found hair in our fruit. When we told a worker they only said they'd be more careful next time, but didn't alert a manager. Friendly staff, just undertrained and was truly floored at how lowend the food and experience was. They don't market it as a cafe, but a tea room that pays homage to British culture. Probably less than 20 dollars worth of food that cost over 60. Do not recommend. Cafe items may be better than the tea service.

We went for high tea. I couldn't since there some hair in my food and was too grossed out to finish. I don't think it was worth the 65 dollars. And, just as a personal prefence, the atmosphere isn't very cozy or reminded me of a British tea room.
