I wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have too. They outsource their calls to other countries. Their lead Quality Assurance management and team are from the Philippines! They are the ones that manage grading their employees calls. How is it right that a foreign language speaking manager manages English speaking calls!? When you call and reach another country they cannot understand us Americans and then the call quality is horrible and nothing gets accomplished! But I know from experience that Americans being fired and are losing their jobs at this company because of their calls being graded and failed by these foreigners just becauses of a language barrier! We should not support any company that would fire Americans to hire from another country for cheap labor! Share this and help keep Americans employed!

Seriously love my job with this company. I had tech issues and couldnt log in to my computer for about 3 weeks and teleperformance didn’t miss a beat. They made sure I was taken care of in my absence. I respect and care for my team like they’re my family. Blessed to be apart of this company.

Hello Timmy, All circumstances are different, however, if you were a good employee & you want to be a rehire, they would consider your situation. I worked there a short time & left due to health issues. I was told that if I ever wanted to return, they would welcome me back. Call to see if you are eligible to be a rehire. They'll hire ANYONE, good luck though. Honestly the worst place I've ever worked. All the good comments on here are from higher ups there. I normally stay at jobs for years and always give a notice. I made it 4 months there and gave no notice due to lies about pay, bonuses, shifts and them always treating you like nothing but a number. I was even offered a supervisor job if that tells you anything. I turned it down and quit because of all I mentioned. Plus they ALWAYS mess up your checks.
