Horrible customer service. I paid my bill and they still turned my internet off. It took them 8hrs to restore it. I told the service rep I work from home and he didn’t care. I’m looking for another internet provider now. I feel totally disrespected and made to feel helpless. Wish I could give negative stars. My coworker told me not to switch to them and now I’m paying for it.

Had Frontier for internet for 4 years. Enjoyed the competitive pricing. After 4 years we were told that they were no longer supporting our area. So of no fault of our own, we had to switch. After 4 years of great customer service we had to switch to another ISP. Now I'm not sure if they are inept or vindictive, but once we were forced to switch (again, no fault of our own) the trouble started. We cancelled in October, but they "forgot" to close the account, charging us for another month. Even though we'd already switched and hadn't used their service, we were still billed. After explaining it to them that they failed to cancel when we wanted to, they told us there was nothing they could do and we had to pay. They also told is that they would waive the cancellation fee since it wasn't our fault we were cancelling. The cancellation fee is $10. We've been on 5+ calls and still haven't got our $10 (after they "accidentally" billed us even though they said they wouldn't). We get the run around every time we talk to them. 3 months and we still haven't got what they promised. Seems odd all of a sudden they're losing business and they become the most difficult people to work with.

The personnel you deal with one on one are great and very attentive. Getting through on phone needs a little work. Over all good services at competitive rates.

You have to get really angry and ask for management. Then... MAYBE they will look into it. Your best option is to get Xfinity.

Agreed. Been our experience for years now. If there was another provider in our area that could provide us service we would have dropped Frontier long ago.
This I'm for sure on i always used debit card. But I would day yes it's a go of payment
