Drove 1.5 hrs(89 miles) one way after getting off work to buy 3 bottles of a specific bottle of alcohol that they were the closest provider of and when called was told the manager could open the wine and spirits part as I was gonna be a few minutes after it closed and when got here Derrick refused to open it. Said he couldn't leave the front of the store and he was the only one that could open it, then went back to leaning on the checkout counter chatting with the high school checker.

The employees are great. The store itself is great with lots of options. The prices being so high compared to surrounding competitors and the parking/accessibility are the reasons for 3 stars.
