I need an existing windshield resealed because it was installed poorly a few years ago and has come partially loose. However, the phone number uses the world's least useful voice assistant. Literally all it can do is tell you to visit the website (which did not provide the information I need, and is therefore why I called), or manage an appointment for replacing broken glass. So, if you don't have a broken window or an existing appointment, don't bother calling. Eventually, the automated system will send you a text message with the website address and then hang up on you. Truly the worst phone experience I've ever had - and I've worked tech support.

Personally, I've never had them replace anything but windshields. But call them and they can let ya know real quick.
