The good thing about sparklight is the speeds when it is working but it will crash multiple times a day everyday.For the price i shouldn’t have to constantly worry about these issues. If it wasn’t our only option we would’ve switched a while ago

absolutely terrible service thus far. im left very unimpressed. ive had 4 service calls in the last 2 months because of severe internet issues and i am left feeling like our patronage of these services does not matter. i am left speechless over these issues and demand answers.

I’ve only had Sparklight for a few weeks, and so far it has been amazing. Absolutely no complaints. Very happy with my internet service from them.

I was a bit taken aback when I found out I couldn’t transfer my Xfinity account to my new apartment. They are all I’ve ever known to be honest. I didn’t know there was other internet providers. Haha 😂 Heartland Properties, owner of my building, recommended SparkLight. I’m bout 3 weeks in and couldn’t be happier. I’m a full time streamer and the connection/speed is top notch. No lag or delays. I haven’t hooked up my Switch quite yet. Hoping I can get some Mario Tennis going with my nephew in Tallahassee. I’m hoping and expecting the stream to be top notch for gaming just as it is fir video. I’ll def out in another review after I get it going. So far so Very Good

Yes you can pay it online with a credit card. Westville doesn't take payments any more.
They have different packages. Its best to either call and talk to one of the gurls or go down to the office. There very nice and always willing to help anyway they can.
