2 technicians came to dig the line hole for installation but when the technician came 2days later to do the setup, he didn’t put the cable line in the ground. He just laid it on top of the grass all the way across our driveway. I wish there was a way for me to upload pictures to this comment as proof bc I’m furious. I got fined $250 by my landlord for “safety issues” and had to detach the cable and now I’m paying for internet that I can’t even use at the moment!

Terrible service!!! Rates should provide me with SUPERIOR service! But continuously getting the message ... "oops, something went wrong" What pitiful service. 2 more months to go and I'll definitely be canceling my service with these clowns.

Called em up and asked how 20mbps for $47 is a competitive price compared to Optimum @ 300mbps for $30. She said "I was getting a good deal" Naw dude, you're giving me a bad deal. There's a difference.

I wouldn't suggest this company to any of my family or friends I've been having poor Tv interference service, tv, internet has been out, they lied said someone was coming fix Problem, haven't got here still waiting, once my Contract ends I'm out!

They charge me just at $60 a month for 6 mbps. Constant drops, have to reboot modem several times a day, and freezes all the time and we don't have the tv option. The area I live in has no choice but to use cci for service because we are monopolized by Consolidated unless we want to use satellite service which is expensive for data...they keep promising to update with fiber optics but hasn't happened in 10 years now. I hate this company...I wish everyone would boycott so we can get other companies to service us! Montgomery, Tx.

I only have wifi thru consolidated to run Hulu and Netflix...I open those apps to turn on/off my CC depending on if I am watching a foreign film...maybe you could try to Google it....not sure what equipment you are working with

After we discontinued our TV service our Internet has not worked. I use my laptop once a week, drops takes forever for an hour of work I get so upset. Why is it that I'm using my cell all day or night here but can't use my Laptop for an hour a week ? What can be done CONSOLIDATED SERVICES ? What can you do I'm on 20 this should be way more to work .. is it because we don't have TV service with you anymore or that you need to bring in new Lines & Equipment??

Consolidated offers landline,internet & TV services. Not sure if ant cell service is offered. I've never had cell streaming thru Consolidated so no idea of cost or quality. Have a great day.

I believe you can. If you disconnect an account they charge you an equipment fee if not returned. If the equipment malfunctioned or is bad from wear and tear, then yes. I would call them first before making the trip, just to confirm.
