Its on the router..if you have the white one with 2 antennas.
The login ID should be on the back of the modem. It's a long alphanumeric ID. The password you'd probably need to call Consolidated tech support for then change it to your own password.
That info came with the modem. Follow the steps that are in the brochure.
You have to create that at home
Depends on modem. Try admin / cciadmin.
