They charge me just at $60 a month for 6 mbps. Constant drops, have to reboot modem several times a day, and freezes all the time and we don't have the tv option. The area I live in has no choice but to use cci for service because we are monopolized by Consolidated unless we want to use satellite service which is expensive for data...they keep promising to update with fiber optics but hasn't happened in 10 years now. I hate this company...I wish everyone would boycott so we can get other companies to service us! Montgomery, Tx.
Return the boxes. Report them to the Better Business Bureau. Speak to customer service at the corporate level. If all else fails just don't pay their asses.
I am having the same problem with them. The only reason I have not canceled my service is because they have unlimited internet service

I dropped them long ago and went to Spectrum. They have better service but still have many problems. I noticed that consolidated is running new line. I’m going to give them another try when the upgraded service is available
Return the equipment. The contract calls for early termination fee. Read contract. You may have to request arbitration. Make case that they broke agreement vby nit timelybfuxing mistakes
