We had an internet outage recently. The phone customer service personnel were very helpful, however we waited a long time to get information from dispatch as to when we should expect a technician. I called back after a number of hours. This representative called dispatch directly and within a couple minutes gave me a window to expect out technician. He arrived a few minutes before the window I was given. The technician Ben, did a very thorough analysis of our situation and checked every aspect of our Metronet system. He worked diligently until our service was restored. He was friendly, courteous, neat and conscientious about our home and wore protective foot wear. Picked up all the waste items from the repairs. He was a pleasure to work with.

1 Star (-) 1 Star = 0 OK, I'll give them half a star for not locking me in a contact. Too many installation events, still don't have the equipment where I want it, don't have a good signal to my devices, internet is slow, entertainment frequently buffers. Service more expensive than Comcast without ANY advantages.

A typical evening with metronet is waiting for something, anything, to load. 3 out of 5 nights a week streaming services buffer forever and then you have to turn the router on and off. Don’t mind doing that once in a while, but every other day seems a bit much. And yes, I’ve called them. Frustrating to say the least.
