I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE WITH SPARKLIGHT. HAD SOME INTERUPTION ISSUES FOR THE FIRST TIME. TECH JARED LOOMIS #103 CAME OUT. THIS GUY WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICE. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND FIXED THE ISSUE IN NO TIME. MR. LOOMIS IS THE TYPE OF EMPLOYEE EVERY COMPANY NEEDS. THANKS TO SPARKLIGHT AND ALL THE PHONE TECHS THAT HELPED OUT WITH THIS ISSUE. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT.

I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the services provided to me by Sparklight. When I first moved to Rio Rancho we moved down from the mountains were CenturyLink was our main provider. When I discovered that I could have cable brought into the home, I was beyond excited. But having lived in Denver for 30 years dealing with Comcast, I feared that they would charge an exorbitant fee to run cable from a pole across the street, under the road, along my driveway and into my home. Comcast will charge anywhere from five to $10,000 for that type of work. To my utter amazement there was no charge. The technicians have always worked hard and diligently to resolve the few issues that ever came up. Sparklight in the last month or two has been upgrading their data lines to provide higher capacity and greater speeds. Yes, that does mean we might have to call support and have our modems reset or even replaced to handle the higher speeds. That is exactly what I had to do just this week. Hi stopped at the Sparklight office in Rio Rancho and met Antonio. Antonio provided the best experience in a long time. In fact, I was having a very poor day, but our interaction was positive helpful and genuinely friendly. He insured that I had the proper modem for my home and speeds provided, reviewed my accountant. Sure, I was getting the best price, change my plan for essentially the same service and save me $50 each month. Thank you, Antonio! On top of this Sparklight worked tirelessly throughout Covid, ensuring our services were up to the demands for those of us that had to work from home, provided Internet to homes of students that did not have Internet for online schooling, and donate thousands of dollars toward our community.

The prices compared to Century Link are ok but I work from home and lately I've been experiencing outages or slow connection speed. I own my own Modem/ Router devices and have them tuned for the household. It's unacceptable that they perform maintenance in my area without notice due to the nature of my job. If I had proper notice, I could make plans ahead of time to work at the office instead. I hope a third party starts to offer a competitive price soon because it's just silly that our only real option is not reliable.

I can’t shout it loud enough. Sparklight’s new streaming service is a Disservice to small business. Never notified us about cutting off the cable service that we pay for before switching over. Only provides 9 televisions on new service when our business has 13. They have no customer service representatives that will pick up the phone. Waited an hour and 15 minutes to talk to someone. We won’t be continuing service of cable, internet or phone and they could care less. The hold message that plays while waiting to talk to someone is completely opposite of what they say they offer business customers as far as supporting community and caring about the welfare of the customers. They probably won’t even respond to this review. So sad that there are such few options for business service in Rio rancho. Big 👎

Just return the equipment. Located on Nita Rd. I just did this 2 weeks ago.
Im so sorry but you have chosen the worst provider.
Just call the local number 892-5114. Ask for info on porting your phone number to Cable ONE
