Customer service was nice and helpful but I had a technician lie and say he arrived when he in fact never showed up. Then canceled my appointment and they couldn’t get me in until a later date. I scheduled off work just to be home and sit there for the 4 hour window and wait. If you don’t like your job then quit and go do something else instead of being an inconvenience to someone else. 1 star from me. Will not ever use this service and will never recommend Frontier.

This location does not process equipment returns or exchanges.
If you are talking about equipment return or exchange there is none in Texas. I called them and was told everything is done by mail. You would have to call. Even for billing.
