Called the sales line with no response. Set up a meeting and they did not show up to it. Guess they really didn't want my business. Says a lot about their customer service as well. UPDATE: They responded back and offered a promotion as an apology. Updated my review accordingly. Unsure about product quality and features at this time. UPDATE 2: The software works very well. Easily customizable and friendly support staff to help with setting things up. I now can safely RECOMMEND this phone service.

Customer support is excellent. There was a problem with moving my phone number to MightyCall. The company I was served by said everything is ok, but MightyCall noted a problem. My phone number ceased to function. The staff members responded quickly and were very productive.

The system is buggy!!! this are changing automatically and every time I call the tech support they say "Now it's off, call us if it happens again" and when I say that I need them to fix the bug she(Anna) said "We don't have a bug" when they clearly do. This company is so small that they don't even have tech support call log and they don't know how many times you called on an issue. I just screamed at Anna on the phone cause I reached a new level of frustration. Unfortunately Anna is the only one attending the calls today so I'm SOL. Looking for a different phone company.
