Tired of the same old bad service and toxic environments? This is the place you go to be taken care of! Such a friendly staff that understands your needs and assists you with getting everything taken care of. From Cleveland to Toledo and down to Cincinnati it is worth the drive to get your business done there! No appointments, No rude person when you call with questions, just a pleasant experience. Even out of state title transfers ( which I had ) was a breeze! Thanks Eric ( the stressed MN guy! )

Totally upset that this place is closed and only doing titles by mail until further notice. Nothing on Google or on their website discusses the closures and I drove all the way here for no reason. Highly recommend you call before you get there because it is likely not open.

I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for service here. The staff is always very polite and helpful

What is the process to get driver’s license now? Do we need an appointment or walk in?

To take the temporary test you can just walk in. To take the actual driving test you have to schedule an appointment ahead of time.
