Fairfield County Common Pleas Court was a unique experience that was very pleasant considering the circumstances. Each Department was fair, and the people were helpful and professional. Everyone I came in contact with in the Clerks Office were wonderful people. The same can be said for the Judge, as well as his entire staff.

re: Family Relations Division GAL Ms. Marshall - biased and partial to fathers. She only spoke to the father's side. She spoke with the child about 6 times in a year - 4 of which was when the father had his visit. She does not seem to know how to deal with children or understand them. Magistrate Miller - went along with a visitation schedule proposed by Marshall knowing she did not complete the proposal with due diligence.
