I was discharged from Grant Trauma care 3/21- I was discharged on medication that needed to be continued . This medication is used to prevent lift threatening dvt. The prescription was dropped of at the clinic 3 days before discharge. Today is day 9 th I have yet to receive the medication. They is no one to talk to just a machine. Kathy

To get VA benefits you can call 877-222-8381. Or online at VETS.GOV. you can go to your local VAMC facility and ask to make application for benefits you will need to complete form 10-10EZ.
