When browsing for dress the staff are absolutely wonderful! The lady who helped me was outstanding! When dress arrives and you go to try it on the staff member I had was absolutely awful!! She told me the dress didn't fit and I added 2" only in my bust. I took dress with me. When getting home my daughter helped me put dress on and it fit!! The lady didn't attempt to pull the top part of zipper together when zipping it. Hence why it wouldn't go all the way up. Nice try on attempting to gather more money from me. And through it all, crushing my soul about my weight. You should try being kind to the bride. P.s. Please note I absolutely loved my dress.

My wife ordered her dress and it came in 3 sizes bigger than it was stated. they had to order another dress in, and that took another 3 plus weeks

We ask our brides to keep the number to four guests. This helps with both social distancing and keeping the appointment flowing smoothly. Our space is intimate and too many people can create a challenge for the space. You may call in to discuss this matter, or possibly schedule during a less congested time.
We have a wide variety of sizes and options in bridal as well as bridesmaid and prom gowns. Most of the gowns we sell are available in plus sizes. We welcome plus size brides!
Our covid procedures include limiting numbers of people in the building, utilizing private appointments, wearing masks, sanitiazing rooms between appointments and screening employees temperatures etc. If you have any further questions, please call us :)
Yes. Perfect Weddings is an entire wedding party store! We are happy to sell dresses for the entire wedding party.
Yes, we can make options available to make payments on your gown. We require 50% before placing orders.
Appointments are needed to ensure that you receive the full bridal experience. We try to accommodate brides without an appointment and will be assisted based on consultant availability.
If you are asking whether or not we will purchase used dresses, the answer is no, we do not.
