Just visited the Lancaster, OH UPS store. The clerk was the sweetest lady and so pleasant and helpful. She made my day better by her incredible attitude.

I had to return a defective laptop, and it needed to be sent via UPS. When I went into the store, I was warmly greeted by Hallie, one of two young ladies working there. There was minor confusion on printing the label, but that was entirely my fault and Hallie cleared it up fast. Mission accomplished! Hallie is a GREAT asset to the team at the UPS Store.

Was in there to notorize a title and ship it out. I have the guy buying the vehicle on video chat to see the process. They requested to not be on the video. My fault! Totally understandable and I said that I was very sorry. I then left them out of the video during the rest of the process. The 2 employees demeanors changed after the apology. I was trying to get the address the guy wanted to title shipped to. The women literally yelled "you need to get off the phone and listen to me, what is the address?". I was quite confused because she saw that I was asking the guy on the phone call and we were the only customers in the building. After paying and everything, I apoligized again for my actions. They outright ignored me and continued to talk to other employees as if I didn't exist. It was a very weird experience and am confused as to what I did to set them off against me.

I do not know the workers name, but was just in today and she had great customer service!
