Awful service - Dr Barnhart did not review one ultrasound with us, a nurse called and informed us we had an issue and referred us to get a $900 out of pocket ultrasound. The doctor would not speak with us about the ultrasound and why we were being referred, i was just told there was a spot on the kidney. Paid for the expensive ultrasound at riverside to find out that I should be concerned if that spot WAS NOT there. The nurses messed up my due date and had me drink the glucose drink and wait about 20 minutes for them to come out and apologize for giving me the test a few day’s early and my blood could not be drawn to complete the test. The office member answering the phones are also very rude - my husband called to ask about the ultrasound and try to talk to our doctor because I was upset about it all and they told him the doctor was not able to read ultrasounds and she would not speak to us without an appointment - i went about 3 months without seeing her because she was never at my appointments. We switched after these issues to a much better doctor in Columbus - who performed and read her own ultrasound on my first or second visit with her.

I called this office twice asking for help and guidance on an emergent medical issue. The first time I was dumped into voicemail. The second time the only thing they seemed to hear was my statement about my insurance which was not really my question because I could pay by Care Credit or self pay as well. It would have been nice if someone would have acknowledged this serious medical issue and my question whether I needed to go to the ER or could be seen right away. You would think an all female Obgyn office would be more perceptive to female issues. As someone who has worked in the insurance industry this certainly does not meet the quality standards required by medical providers when it comes to meeting patients access and availability needs.

We do not have a Hoyer lift, but we are able to do a 2 person assist. We also have a belt if that is better for you. If you have additional questions, please call our office.
