I am a passenger who is visually impaired and I also happen to own a small business providing Vending services at Ohio university Lancaster . The drivers for Fairfield County paratransit have exceeded expectations of securing my cooler of cold beverages and sometimes wagon full of snacks as I transport product to my vending destination. This is a wonderful accommodation which I realize does not have to be offered but I very much appreciate. This allows me to do my job 100% independently, saving me money id otherwise have to spend on an employee driver. The staff were also extremely diligent in returning a pair of expensive AirPods to me in a diligent and timely fashion. Thank you for your professionalism and all that you do!
