I have been to many Starbucks in my days, like everyone. This experience stood out to me in many ways. I ordered a Frappuccino. A milkshake basically. I was the only customer in there. So a couple minutes after the baristas had finished conversing about something they asked to take my order. After getting interrupted 5 times (with additions to the story one was telling the other one) and the order was finally placed I was given an awkward and almost pushy instruction on how to leave a tip. Now back to the product itself. The person making my order was actively eating snacks WHILE preparing my order. How is that sanitary in any way? The whipped cream added on top is supposed to be fluffy. Or at least resemble whipped cream. This was just straight up cream. It had the viscosity of 5 day old milk being left in the sun. But I did finally get my order after close to 10 minutes. Ultimately because I am a nice guy, I took my order, walked outside and threw it in the trash. Before I made it to the trash can it had already covered my hands in chocolate syrup and melted .. I don’t know what.. and also stained my t shirt. Sloppy delivery and overfilled cup. Beyond disgusted with presentation, quality and service at this place. It really was a unique experience.

I love this Starbucks and their team. I work in the 5/3rd building and walk all the way to this location (when there's one across the street from me in the Hyatt) just because they truly go above and beyond. The team members are literally some of the nicest people I've met. Thank you!!
