Is the inside open to public ever?

I just saw they have two signs posted about the inside. One is a "closed due to COVID-19" sign with no mention of reopening. Another sign mentions a "historic house tour" on December 3 and 4 (presumably 2022) and to check the essencountynjparks website for more info

As long as I have my shetland sheepdog on a leash and she is supervised, may I take pictures with her and sit with her?
