The ride was okey but here are some inconveniences about the trip... - The bus didn't arrive on time (we wait more than 30 mnts without information). - The bus says wifi (there wasn't any wifi to connect to).

Based on 1st timers, they would be clueless where to stand and all. So best way would be to ask others. Bus service , seats ,etc is excellent for thr price and trip flix bus offers. Just that at stops or pick up spots there are no flixbus pick up details, not sure if that's the way those buses operate. Regards Ishan

I used Flixbus for the first time 2 days ago and it wasn't that bad. Even though the bus arrived 20 minutes behind schedule, I could get to-go coffee during the time. I was worried about the location, but I could find it since I saw some people and the sign. FYI, I bought coffee at The Congress Cafe, which took around 5 minutes from here. I enjoyed hot coffee in the early chilly morning.

I took the Flixbus for the first time today from Anaheim to San Diego and it went really well. Maybe because it is brand new in California and it was a short trip, but it went really smoothly with only 10 of us or so in the 9:10am bus on a Friday that arrived around 10:40am. The seats were comfortable and the bus looked new! The driver called me in by name (instead of a ridiculously long reservation number other buses have you call out). It was a really great first experience well worth the $4.99. Droo off at Old Town station was great as well. Will def ride them again.
