Love La Casita! Very well maintained and the lot rent is still affordable there. Ms Ramona at the office is always a pleasure to interact with. Highly rated in the DFW area no complaints!

I chose la Casita mobile home community over all the other ones in the whole metroplex .I looked at and drove through all the properties that offered this style of living and settled on this one. I like the way it is laid out like a regular neighborhood with lots of street lights and how friendly everyone was and how quiet it was here day and night. There's a very nice clubhouse which is very large with full kitchen my family has had several Thanksgiving and birthday parties ,baby showers, and Church Senior groups meeting here. a very well equipped fitness room with workout equipment. A very large pool area and it's a saltwater pool which is better for you than swimming in a chlorinated pool. La Casita strives to make this a pleasant place to live.

Lived here 4 years. No problem that couldn’t be dealt with amicably. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. Some are nosy but most older people are.

Clarification for the above question for future inquiries: La Casita USED TO rent to RV's but no longer do so - for NEW residents. There are still a few RV's in the park but those residents have been grandfathered in. La Casita is however, renting out old RV spaces to tiny homes. So tiny homes are preferred and welcomed here. Hope this helps.
They don't rent homes. They only rent trailer spaces.
Call the office. Things change all the time, and the spaces ARE rented but the homes are owned.
I don't think they allow subletting as each person owns their home and isn't allowed to rent it out.
My rent is 614. Thats rent and water, sewage and garbage .
I don't know, my sister and her husband live there and they don't use the gym
They no longer rent spaces to new RV's. They are transitioning over to tiny homes. Current RV's have been grandfathered in. I hope this helps. Good luck on your search.
Yes. They should be able to take your payment over the phone when you call the office. I believe they were working on an app a while back. Not sure if that came to fruition or not. I usually pay by check and it goes through immediately when they process it in the office.
I don't believe they have any empty lots at the moment for new homes but, I would call the office to speak with them to know for sure. Also, all homes are owned by the occupant as they do not rent homes at all. Additionally, they are no longer renting spaces to RV's. All current RV occupants have been grandfathered in. Hope this helps!
They no longer lease spots to RV's. Current RV's here are grandfathered in but they no longer take new occupants. They do allow tiny homes though.
Probably. But they may not have the correct space available, so call them. It's a nice park and stays almost full.
Yes, of course. The park has no say in your provider.
The answer is no. Sorry. You only rent the lot here, not the home. Even if you rent a room, you have to be background checked. But generally, no rentals.
Yes, but there's a limited number of lots for campers and tiny homes. And the park stays almost full.
They have land available for rent so they can go to a new mobile home. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. And how much is the cost of the land?
They offer a limited number of spaces for RVs. It's mostly mobile homes and stays full because it's a nice park. Call them.
Do you take RV's and what's the rent.?
