Pets are fine but can't run free. There's a dog size limit, call the office. No deposit, your house is your property. Pick up after your dog and PLEASE!, no crazy barking dogs left outside. Your neigh neighbours will be about 10 feet away.
No cost but there is a size limit. Not sure what it is. Very pet friendly. Can have a fenced in yard if you want.
