Be careful using their contractors for installation or repair. ALLSTAR POOLS replaced our pool liner at the beginning of summer. They did not show up when they said they would, when they did install the liner they cut the hole for the skimmer too big or pulled the liner up too far so when we filled it with water it stretched below the skimmer and tore. They did come out and replaced the liner at no cost. But they cut the hole for the return too big so it’s been leaking all summer. We have to add water every couple days. Also there is a big rock under the liner. We tried calling them, they would not return our calls, we told Bonnie and Clyde’s they said they would have them call us, they still didn’t (B&C didn’t seem interested in the issue). I sent All Star 1 more text saying that I would leave a bad review if they didn’t return our call. They did call, they came out a week later looked at it said they were going to get a part to fix it, never showed back up. My husband called, they said they would be out the next day, they did not show up and will not answer any text or calls from us now. So we have an $800.00 dollar liner replacement that leaks worse than the one they replaced and the rock will probably punch through eventually.
