They are terrible, they NEVER answer their phone. And they sent my final statement to collections before I even received my final statement. Just awful customer service all together.

Rent price is ok but all buildings are very old. So many issues in my unit. Lived here for 7months now and have only had one month where there wasn’t flooding for one reason or another. They only repainted instead of replacing drywall and flooring. Mold was painted over. Took 5 months on constantly asking and complaining for them to come repair the things that I listed upon move in. Floor is so uneven in my unit all of my furniture rocks. When it rains so many units flood that I haven’t had them take any less than 9 hours so send someone to me. Only live here if you have great renters insurance and are ok with replacing your stuff every couple of months, oh and if you own your own dry vac. 48 hours after last flood they still won’t send someone to even look at the damage much less work on it.

Better off living in the sewer. They always trash the yard when they come by. Police are always here and their solution to our mold problem was to paint over it.
