Unfortunately you have to get that on your own.
You do have to obtain your own WiFi, this community are all home owners and not renters or, temporary guests. But you can choose your own provider that you would like to use.

There's wifi at the clubhouse, of they'll tell you the password. Cable is not included in your rent.
