A couple of years ago, I had to call the Auditor's office (along with a couple of other government offices) in order to produce some kind of business document for a national company (COPART.) Whatever that document was, we don't have one. I probably talked to the people at the Auditor's office three or four times, finally getting the company to call them as well. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable, and I had a very positive experience overall. The staff here has always been great, and I can't thank them enough for answering my questions and helping me through what could have been a real nightmare of an experience.
