If i could give 0 stars i would...First they made me come back a 2nd time because they wrote down the wrong time cut off for my test, and now my dr called and said I have to go back AGAIN BECAUSE MY SPECIAL TEST WAS NOT PUT ON ICE AS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE, SO THE LAB AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED IT BECAUSE THEY HANDLED IT WRONG.... then I tried calling and there are no humans you can speak to.. which means I get to waste my time again getting the form, make an automated appointment to go back, IN THE OFF CHANCE THEY DO IT CORRECTLY THIS TIME.... and quest is the ONLY one that does this specific test which means my choices are this one or Palmdale😑

The vile individual at the front desk needs to fired! The workers in this place are racist! All questionable characters. You read the comments and decide for yourself. If you’re a POC, go elsewhere and save yourself the frustration and racist interaction. It’s just not worth the energy. If you do go and experience racism. Please, report the person. File a complaint! Don’t allow them to get away with it!!!!!! That’s the only way to get those people out of there. She’s doing her part to add to racism so let’s do our part and put her in unemployment. In all actuality, she’s doing it to herself.

My husband went in to sign our son in to have some labs done. He walked in with no mask and the lady at the front wanted him to leave but she felt fine offering a white lady a mask! I feel that she’s a racist! The only reason she didn’t offer him a mask is because he wasn’t white. She was nice and helpful to all of them and extremely rude to anyone that wasn’t one of them. She’s so lucky that I wasn’t there. Next time. I will be.
