What is the policy on your neighbor hanging there laundry on your fence every day? We can't even enjoy sitting on the porch because the smell of oil from these close is so strong. This is just a few items there is usually clothes all the way down and they will even put them on the gate that we open to go from front to back.

The management of this trailer park, DO NOT care if anyone bullies other people, and DOES NOT care for the same standards, let's certain people slide on rules that are for the whole park. More specifically the main rule of leash your pets even on their own coldisack they have a blind eye to specific people. But other then the few select favorites that never get in trouble.their are certain people in the park the management continually harass and continue letting others get away with anything and everything they want. And think it's a okay to not do anything. They also take care of person issues on office time. No one can really ever get a hold of anyone in the office.

Great place to live! Quiet, even though there's lots of kids. Summer bbq's, playground and basketball court are great for the kids. The office staff and maintenance crew are always there to help and give advice!

Manager is racist. Horrible place to live in because she is very offensive towards hispanics. Always passes around in blue truck trying to find something to complain about. If i could give this zero stars i would.
