I purchased a home here a year ago and regret every minute I did. I just got a $45 increase in rent because of the market in Denver. Does anyone living here think they make enough money to pay for a home in the Denver market. If we could we certainly would not be living in a frickin mobile home. You do no service to anyone in the park. Snow removal is a joke. I have a neighbor's tree hanging over my home that needs to be trimmed and when I went to the office when I first moved here was told I could pay for trimming. I do not own the tree it is not in my yard I did not plant it is the management's responsibility to trim it or cut it down.

Paying the rent here is just about a joke it has cost me two months of late fees first month nobody even told me that you would online I had to pay a late fee 60 bucks to cash my money orders and then the next month still wasn't going through it's ridiculous

I have LOVED living here! From the location to the amazing management - I have had absolutely no complaints. Nellie has been so helpful anytime I've needed anything, and has given me an amazing experience from start to finish! Highly recommend this community! :)

Neighbors are good mind their own peaceful. Rent keeps going up with opposite results instead got the dumpster for large items taken away. Roads are horrible and especially in the winter no salt or plow truck cleaning so if you get stuck have to wait it out until the sun melts some away. Plus bunch of new bs nonsense rules that are very unnecessary.

Not sure. But i think there are two rent tiers as Connie noted below. Check with the office. I'm sure they would be happy to tell you.
Facing charges and being charged are two different things.
Last i knew, they referred to it as " lease w/option to buy" but you'd need to call the office to find out if any homes to find out if any are available now or in the near future
It's not
last I checked it was free for cimarron residents! that was before the renovations though. not sure if that is still the same
Doubles around $1;000. Monthly.
You lease the lots and i feel the monthly rate is high. Our kids have a beautiful, remodeled double wide if your interested to there! Oops..i believe you could rent it out as the home itself is yours.
Its a mobile home park so only manufactured homes they have a storage place you can rent to park your rv but not to live in
No. It's a mobile home park
