If you purchase a home in your community, do you purchase the lot also? Once you purchase it are you allowed to use it as rental property later on?

You own the home rent the lot. Anyone renting your home would have to pass background checks. The park owns the lots. You pay rent pay water sewer and trash pick-up fees. Also you pay for gas and electricity separately
