I love the service I get here. this is the best Urgent Care I have been to of the several in Irvine, I have went to. Sometimes here tho, you may have a delay in seeing the Doctor. but thats ok. The Doctor actually spends time with patients and goes over with them the issues and the mediations if prescribed. This is my choice of Urgent Cares in the Lake Forest Area. Super pleased with my visit. I made an on line appointment and was in quickly amd very close to appointment time. The staff couldn’t have been more polite and cheerful and the Dr who I had not seen before, was AWESOME. IT WAS ABOUT AS GOOD AN EXPERIENCE AS YOU CAN HAVE…. WHEN YOU ARENT DOING WELL. I can’t remember the name of the nurse or tech who did my work up. I think it was Martin? He was great and Thank You Dr Elpedes!!i

The nurses, technicians, and doctors at Saddleback Family and Urgent Care are friendly, helpful, and on point! My visits always go well, especially if I make an appointment beforehand. Walk-ins are welcome, but their wait time may be long. However, everyone is welcomed!

Wonderful experience from start to finish - staff at the front desk were smiling and efficient. I wish I had gotten the name of the nursing assistant because she was so professional and kind in handling the preliminary part of the exam. I was then seen by Dr. Baron who was professional, friendly and thorough in answering any questions I had.
