Staff at this pharmacy have been amazing on two different occasions in unusual situations. The first was filling a prescription for a very expensive medication following my ankle/foot surgery. A friend had gone to pick it up and called me to let me know the medication was $2500! She put the pharmacist on the phone and after hearing my story he was able to use a coupon for the medication so my payment was only a $25 copay. The second was a purchase for a bath transfer device for my 92-year-old mother that had been recommended by a caregiver. When I got it home it was obvious for her situation it would not work. They took it back and refunded my purchase quickly and easily. The staff truly care about their customers and it shows!

I transferred my compound medications to this pharmacy when I moved to OC. They are very quick on making sure my prescriptions are ready on time and always call me in advance to pick it up. I'm so glad I made the switch over. I highly recommend them.

With all the changes with medications, and all the terrible changes with CVS and Walgreens It has been very difficult to ever get my very expensive special order medications. I would have to order my special order at least 5 days a head of time with CVS, Walgreens or any of the major chains and each time they would promise that it would be in on or before my due date and expressed the seriousness of major medical issues coming up if I run out of the medication. This medication in a controlled medication and following the proper rules are important but nearly everytime after doing everything asked of me from the pharmacy I'd go to pick up my script that I would be completely out of even know I checked everyday and they told me that they were either in or would be in the next day for pickup. I go in to pick them up and they would say rediculas things like they are now on back order and they don't know when they would be in leaving me in a potentially serious medical condition yet they just didn't care and it was so very stressful. Since I've been coming to Calmed Pharmacy they have been able to order same day and all of them are great people I'd never recommend another pharmacy to anyone for any reason again. Calmed is truly a caring place to do business and they will go the extra mile to get everything and anything done for you that they can. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone these are the places that the big Chain stores phased out. This is one of the last truly good pharmacies left out here.
