My husband and I have lived here for over a decade because there were playgrounds, basketball court, soccer field, for kids to play at, instead of in the narrow streets. There are community rules and a lot lease for everyone so that our community stays nice. Unfortunately, the past few managers did nothing to uphold those rules, so the property isn't as nice and friendly as it was when we first moved in. But we have hope that the new managers will handle things differently and get it back up to standards. We love living here and want our beautiful friendly community back. Its a beautiful place to live. We are seeing some changes in the right direction, hopefully the new managers will be the best managers and actually manage this community like when we moved in over a decade ago. Well, they can not seem to be able to keep a management team in this community. Once again, it shows throughout the community. We have noticed that residents seem alot happier since some of the issues have been addressed by the new regional manager. Unfortunately we haven't had an experienced community manager for the past 6 years. Sadly, we pay for the community to be managed and run properly, but instead we have had inexperienced management that collect their paychecks for doing absolutely nothing to better the community. Once again hoping for New Experienced management team 🙏. I will keep adding more as the community improves. The new regional management team is enforcing the lease and rules of the community. Looking forward to a great summer.

I took a homeless person here. The woman was very nice and the building seemed clean and comfortable. The facility is closed so we could not enter.

The people in the office, has lost my paperwork. 3 times I furnished it in 15 months. But they want me 2 send it again. This is unacceptable. I want 2 know where my important papers have gone.

Buying or renting in greeley price serm to follow together. Buying mouthly cost run 800. To 2400. Depending on the location. Renting may be a bit less depending on location . Because Greeley is a collage town And because of this rent rates tend to go up in the fall and drop in the spring. One other thing is the influx of people come here because of the Oil boom that is in full
I don't think that they are renting units anymore . I own my trailer and I think that is how they all are now. I bought my trailer from the park and when I did they told me that they were selling all of there rental units .
