Quiet park. Every time we go to the community pool, it is clean and empty, nice not to have too much crowds. Cheapest place that I know of in Greeley. Not a high maintenance manager, last trailer park I came from would put a notice on the door every month for every little thing. I have gotten one notice in the 3 years I have lived here. Big difference!

‼️‼️ i wish I could give this place zero starts “Becky” the manager there / management is very selective. they have a very racist energy. she has the uglies personality ever. do not give her your business if you’re a poc. she is a narcissist. she’s very unprofessional and the rudest person i’ve ever met. DO NOT BRING YOURSELF HERE OR YOUR FAMILY ‼️‼️

How much is the rent

Lot Rent is $390 per month. And there is an additional $10 per pet.

Does the front office ever actually answer the phone? I have tried to get ahold of someone for weeks now (I am buying a trailer in the park and need to apply to live there) and have not heard back. Via phone and stopping into the office.

The property owner group manages a number of properties around town. They are known for ignoring tenants, selectively enforcing rules (sometimes by race), they will argue about having to maintain federal property such as mailboxes forcing residents to not receive mail. Unless you bring in an inspector they will not tell you the extent of the damage that exists. These are short term homes designed to last 10-15 years. What you will find is that these were rental properties that have been trashed over and over again, meanwhile maintenance doesn't actually fix the damage, instead it's just covered over. Get an inspector if they do call back!

Do you have spaces available for a 30-foot, 2-year old camper? Man can pass background check and pays rent on time. Needs a quiet place as he sleeps during day and works nights.

Different kind of trailer. This is a mobile home community, not an RV park. They are unable to accommodate in the manner you need.

Any homes for rent?

I do t think so because they are mostly owners. If they wanna go out they have to sell not rent.
