They dont allow any big dogs. And they wont even budge on letting people have them. Even if there service animals i was turned down due to this very rude and unprofessional. My service dogs were turned down for residency at this place and now i wouldnt live there if they paid me.

High lot rent for amenities that aren't available. Lot rent rises every year as well. Cheaply made trailers. They will critique your yard, car however. Very small yards with no fencing and no fencing allowed. Wish I had had more research available before I purchased

Seems like a nice housing community. The community is clean and quiet a friend lives here so I'm not sure how much the cost of living is but the front office person I spoke to was very kind and friendly so feel free to head on up to Stoneybrook with any questions you may have. You'll be greeted with a kind welcoming smile

Lot rent is $600.00 per month. Garbage is included You pay for water and stormwater charges plus your utilities

I'm not sure I'm not working the pool again this year but I will be out there playing games and having all kinds of fun again with the kids... Just like I did the time I was working the pool ! I can't wait it's gana be so much fun!!
They mow your lawn unless you opt out. They provide a 8x8 shed. There's a basketball court and a kids park right at the entrance. That's about it. Lot rent goes up every year even tho nothing changes to justify it
