This place is a mess and management is very difficult from what I understand from the people Ive talked to who live there. Remember when managing these parks that the people living there are not only your clients but also your neighbors.

If I can give this place a -5 stars I would. Worst place to live, they will tow your car for any reason and on top of that you literally can’t have anything in your own yard. They made us take off our fence for no apparent reason . Management here is completely horrible. If Colorado wasn’t so expensive I definitely wouldn’t stay here

Always towing peoples cars with no notice my elderly grandmother was parked on the street running back and forth putting things in her car and next thing we know her car is gone this is unprofessional and so dumb don’t suggest this place.

My husband I were worried coming into this community with such a low rating, but after moving in almost 3 years ago, we've got nothing but respect from the park managers. This might be because they got new management when we moved in, but if you follow the rules they have set, they will respect you and your property. They keep up the open areas and play ground and fix any damage. They even had a nice little giveaway for Christmas this last year due to the pandemic. I see a post about there being black mold in a house, but that doesn't have to do with the community. That is an issue with the owner and not taking care of their property properly. Always inspect your home, but that's not the parks jurisdiction. Also people who complain about them towing your car because they were on the street, shouldn't be complaining. There is a rule that states there is no parking on the streets. This is mainly because there is no room for street parking. If you are going to drop something off and take 2 minutes doing so, they literally can't tow your car away in that time. You have to be out there for at least 30 minutes before they are physically able to see you are parked in the wrong spot and hook you up. There is also guest parking that you need a pass for but thats easy to get. Like I said, if you follow the rules that you sign for, there is nothing to be concerned about.
