Now some you know that finding a massage therapist is kinda like making new friends. You want one who's kind, caring, willing to listen and has your back. I know on my best and worst days, Massage All will always "have my back." I haven't met all of their therapists, but I can without a doubt say that both Josi and Stephanie are phenomenal. They put me back in tip top shape, listened to me, and were very respectful. I've also done some polarity therapy with Stephanie and, having been an open-minded skeptic (I know, I know just go with it) I've come to the conclusion Stephanie is a magician. I always leave feeling like a zombie who's brain has been in the blender. But the days after, I'm a walking, talking, quick witted, energetic, calm human doing all the things. MAGIC! Thanks Massage All for being so wonderful!

We would love to talk to you about accepting your insurance. As massage therapists, not all insurance companies will allow us to bill for services. Most common is car accidents (billing to the auto insurance), slip and fall injuries, Workers Compensation injury/recovery, etc. All insurance cases do need to be verified and not all therapists accept insurance. The best answer is... to call and ask. :-) . We will see what we can do.
Spending time doing something like massage is greatly encouraged. We chose to keep our treatment rooms comfortable for a massage therapist and their client. We would be happy to find a time that we can schedule both of you, at the same time, in your own treatment room.
We recommend scheduling an appointment, however, we do sometimes have last minute cancellations or rescheduled appointments to accommodate a walk-in. Our therapist do not sit at the office, but arrive based on appointments scheduled, so we do recommend calling first.
Short answer: YES! It's always best to double check with your doctor, especially if you are experiencing any concerns with your pregnancy. Otherwise, massage is a great way to reduce the aches and pains of bringing your new one into the world (and after) :-).
Many find that both can be relaxing, but they don't mix well, for a number of reasons. We recommend: first, massage, then alcohol - but never the other way around. Massage would rather push the alcohol through your system a bit faster and we don't want you to experience any not so pleasant side-effects. :-)
When getting a massage and your body relaxes, it is actually a compliment to your therapist. Doze away, your body probably needed it. :)
