Randa Spencer was rude and lectured me about “not reading webmd”. I brought up concerns about red bumps that appeared on my body overnight. She didn’t even check them out or want to see them even after I brought them up 3 times. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay for another appointment for someone to do the job that Randa Spencer should have done originally.

I believe that this facility gave me false test results. The doctor's viewpoint was expressed in an unprofessional manner. I would never recommend anyone and I will never go back to this clinic!

Just visited this location. I had a pleasant experience as far as Urgent care goes. 1. They were able to see me quickly / on time / easily booked online. 2. The patient care was thorough, considerate and everyone was helpful. 3. I appreciated the lengthy time that the NP spent with me discussing my concerns. It felt very personal. The girl in the front must really hate her job. Probably shouldn't work in health care if your that miserable.
