Have Copay information ready with your insurance info. we waited 2 extra hours just waiting on getting confirmation on the copay amount. finally came down to calling in and getting some information that could work. but it may not be billed through insurance still and we may end up paying for the whole appointment. Not the fault of the employees but a fault of the system and the requirements needed.

Took my daughter to this place and the front desk nurse had such an attitude and very rude. I don't understand if they don't like the job they are in they should find a different job.
