I had high hopes for this daycare center after meeting with the director. Unfortunately we had multiple issues where my son was moved out of his classroom. When we would go pick him up, the adults in his classroom did not know where he was at. Talk about scary. We had to go room to room and find him. I do not recommend this center.

The teachers and staff at Primrose Torrey Peaks have been wonderful to work with and very accommodating as our needs have changed. Our son has flourished there and uses sign language at home, is always smiling in his photos, and is excited to see his friends and teachers each day. Billing has been easy and uneventful, and the hours are very convenient. My son enjoys the food and loves every single staff member. Happy we chose Primrose!

I put in a 5 star review months ago. Unfortunately, it’s now a 1 star review. Not impressed.

We had trouble with the youngest infant class. The bottle was warmed way too hot. When brought to the attention of staff, they were incredibly rude and defensive. The teacher rolled her eyes and denied it ever happened. Management also refused to believe us. There were a lot of things I didn't love such as parents walking around the room to collect items right next to the sleeping cribs, covid protocols, communication, etc. but our trust was broken after that incident.

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
