Went in for emergency service. During my visit I had a scan that indicated I need more scans. They refused to give me an order, only gave a recommendation that isn't acceptable as an order. When I called them to ask for help, they said they couldn't help over the phone. So I went back. The charge nurse yelled at me, refused to give me information or even let me ask for help. Asked me to wait while they called PD and rheb had PD trespass me from the hospital because of asking for help. Retaliation?

I broke my wrist and called the Orchard street ER and they sent me to 84th because it's closer to me. 84th is not ready for any emergency care. They sent me to an Urgent care who wasn't sent up for fractures either. Sotheby's sent me to Orchard. That was 3, maybe 3 1/2 hrs running around to get help The staff are all nice but nice is ok if you don't have an emergency

BEWARE of COMMIES, INCOMPETENCE AND BLATANT LIES!! This E.R. is hazardous to your health! An investigation of malpractice should be done here! Sat for hours with a broken arm to be told I did not have a boken arm! Wait what!!??? The docs and x-ray technician dropped the ball! The only person I give credit to is the nurse. She actually looked at my arm and said "if your arm isn't broke I'll be very surprised". I presented all the signs which were so obvious! No meds to help with the pain while I was there or when I left. I was in excruciating pain and left unattended for hours. Triage or not I should not have been left like that. You told me it's badly sprained ice and use it as much as you can the next two weeks. After 2 weeks of trying to use it(because the E.R gave me instructions to use it) and putting my own elbow back into place(dislocated too) I fell to my knees in horror and agony in a store one day. I went to a different E.R. who confirmed it was broke because i knew!!! Surgery 3 days later to repair it. That's how badly broken my elbow was. The original X-RAY done here shows the OBVIOUS break! I asked the hospital to investigate the x-ray /rad tech and the 2 doctors to take disciplinary action. They looked into it to only cover for each other and LIE!! They sent a letter saying the findings still stand!!??? This hospital is evil and corrupt! The hospital administrator allows such blatant disregard to human life! DISGUSTING! If it was your arm broken you'd expect proper care and treatment. Where's the real recourse!??? LIES and more LIES! Save Yourselves Stay far AWAY from this hospital E.R.!

Worst hospital ever! Do not go here unless you want to be overbilled and overcharged. They rip people off with how they bill people been disputing over and over with insurance. They did nothing to help me, but billed me thousands of dollars. I hope they get shut down permanently for being dishonest, unprofessional, rip offs. Not recommended.

Because they may something more specific in order to set it correctly. Also, some fractures may be seen, but not always treated . Scaphoid fractures of the wrist is one of them. Also perhaps they couldn't reduce it. There is not anyway that a diagnosed fracture would not be immobilized in one way or another. There are always things 'behind the scenes' that's not obvious to most people.
