I printed at this Fedex three times. The first time everything went well. The second time I placed an order and then called to change it something about the order (I asked and they had not printed my work yet). The lady on the phone took note of my comment but never pass it to the right person. So they just ignored my message and printed the order! I didn’t say anything because the change was not a bid deal. The third time I emailed my files along with instructions to print and then after a couple of hours I called. The lady on the phone told me my order is ready but when I got there it was not ready. It seems the communication over the phone is completely off at this center. Also, the quality of the print the last two times was not good at all. I asked for a heavy matte paper but the background color was not consistent and the color was off too. I will never print again at any Fedex office. Also, The employees who helped me (the guy with glasses) at this center is not friendly at all! It seems he is super unhappy with his job!

Julie was so accommodating and helpful, she made the process of printing my art quick and easy. I will always come back to this FedEx purely because of her customer service skills. 10/10

Unbelievably rude. Print job was wrong. Didn't follow instructions, I had proof of what I requested. Have to wait for them to fix and the woman literally said that she didn't do it wrong, someone else did, so why should she apologize. She comes from another store, etc. People who act like this should not be in service.
