Really upset that I’ve been going here for two years and they never told me that they were out of network for my insurance. I thought everything was fine because they kept saying they will go through my insurance but never said they were out of network. I only noticed that I was being overcharged when I was looking through my benefits. Also they charge over two hundred more for contacts that you can get way cheaper somewhere else - glad I figured that one out before buying contacts from them. But I did buy glasses from them that I had to return after finding this out of network stuff out. This was kind of my fault for not checking beforehand but it would have been nice to tell me before I spent way more money unnecessarily. I am also used to doctors telling me whether or not they are in or out of network.

the people here are sooo f******* nice and funny! they made my whole visit feel like a get together with friends. they were professional, quick, and so sweet and answered all of my questions well. i even bought a pair of glasses there when i originally wasnt going to. i would have tipped all of them if i could. 10/10 😊😊😊

Not happy at all they send me a email 6days ago telling me the my glasses are all ready make, just need inspection and ready, in the order status, now they telling me, two weeks,.. 😡👎👎

Scam. They gave me an invalid prescription and wouldn't fix it without charging me for a whole new eye exam.

I have no idea. If it's not accepted everywhere then I would say no. . . they aren't exactly people pleasers or about practicing convenience.
