Dr. Chris Rhodes was filling in for Dr. Danhoff. We had a short wait. Dr. Rhodes was quick, thorough and had a good bedside manner. Danielle, one of the nursing staff, was very friendly and accommodating in escorting us in. On the way to the exam room, Karim Brown, the x-ray tech, saved us a few steps by directing us to the x-ray room. Karim was very patient and thorough with the films he took and explained everything well. Ashik Elahi was very friendly as well and very efficient and thorough when he made our follow-up appointment and in explaining our options for physical therapy.

Hi. This is highly dependent on the type of revision, the amount of work required, and your pain tolerance. Typically, patients will stay in the hospital for 1-3 days after a revision surgery as opposed to standard hip and knee replacements where most patients are able to return home within 24 hours.
Hi Barbara. Thank you for your inquiry. Each year, I perform approximately 400-500 hip and knee replacement surgical procedures. My orthopedic practice is limited to hip and knee replacement surgery.
