I am a scholar and used to huge libraries like Yale, Harvard, University of Toronto. But I have to say, this library is friendly, helpful, caring, And though it does not meet my needs, it meets the needs of the public in a great way. It offers classes for people to take for free. It offers genealogy classes. Members of my family have benefited greatly from this library. I probably should go there and find some things to utilize. This is a gift to the community.

Everything a library should be.

I thought libraries were nice quiet places that you can read and write and think not this place. All you can hear is people yelling and screaming arguing over wearing masks librarians arguing security guards arguing cops arguing cop radios you’re better off trying to read at the bus stop.

I didn't realize the donated NGM.
They do. I'm not sure how much it costs
There are some listed on the website: https://www.cityofwestminster.us/SearchResults?query=Citizenship
I was able to get 97 results by typing Navajo language in the Westminster library site. If one of the books your interested in isn't at your library they can have it brought over. You can also download their app "WPL in touch".
I'll answer those who also wondered as the answer is yes :)
