I made an appointment and waited almost 2 months. They postponed two days before saying the doctor would be out the rest of the week. They rescheduled me on a Monday and I have to say how disappointed I was with my appointment. The doctor was in a rush and very curt. I’m assuming playing catch up from missing half a week last week. I waited two months for the doctor to rush me out. Front desk staff was also having super loud and kind of unprofessional conversation while I was in the lobby and it made me uncomfortable. Gossiping about couples and divorce and marital dynamics and what rumors they’d heard. I definitely didn’t get the impression that my issues were of concern and I felt like I was an inconvenience. Yikes.

I had an appointment to have a lump removed from my calf. I can't recall the name of the Doctor who saw me but she wasn't comfortable with removing the lump and wanted to ask another Doctor if she would do the procedure and get back to me. She did call me by the end of the day like she said she would and told me that someone would call me to make an appointment. Well it is well over a month since that appointment and I haven't heard a word. I won't be returning as I shouldn't have to follow up with them to make an appointment. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional but I am not impressed that no one has reached out to me to make an appointment. I will be contacting my doctor to refer me to another clinic. I have previously gone to Denver Dermo and Dermatology Specialists is superior. I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment. The staff is friendly and I really liked Dr. Carol Alonso, I thought she was professional and courteous. She was able to do a mole inspection and then remove 2 moles all in one visit. I would come here again for my yearly visit.
